Each project is different and the cost depends on how much work is involved. We will always give you a written quote before starting work, and initial meetings are free of charge. And because we only work with third sector clients, we make sure our services are great value for money.
We normally begin either with a phone call or face to face meeting to discuss the job. We then create an estimate for the work including any production costs if required. If you are happy with the estimate we get on with the job, keeping you involved every step of the way.
Yes, we can apply your existing visual brand guidelines to any new materials that we design for you. We can also take over doing the layout work on any of your regular branded publications. If your brand style needs a tweak or freshen up, we can do that too.
If your budget allows, we’ll help you get some professional photography done that is unique to your organisation, to create a library of photos that you can use in future. If the cost is prohibitive, we can offer some advice on taking your own photos. We also use good quality stock photography; this is more limited but with careful selection we can make it work well.
Each project is different, so we’ll work out a timescale that meets your needs. We’ll let you know when we need to get copy or approval from you in order to meet design deadlines. We take a partnership approach to working with clients, so you can expect clear and open communication from us, and we’ll welcome it from you too.
We will try our best to get a clear brief from you, so we hope we’ll deliver what you want. Our client satisfaction is consistently high, but if for some reason we miss the mark we will try again within the original scope and cost of the project, and supply you with new visuals. If the brief has changed then we retain the right to charge a little extra for revised visuals.
Yes, we supply PDF files by email for you to check. We can also supply colour laser-printed proofs if you prefer but usually PDF proofing works well. Before a major job gets printed we also get a proof from the printing company which we check and may ask you to check as well.

Yes, and we can improve or refresh it while we are at it, if you wish. We will supply fresh files to you in a variety of useful formats, and can draw up brand guidelines to help you apply it.
Yes, we can apply your visual branding to just about any digital media, helping to maximise your brand’s impact.
Brand guidelines are a set of rules about how your brand should be applied. Guidelines usually cover your logo and its use, sizing and layout of branded materials, and colours and fonts specific to your brand style. These guidelines allow you, your colleagues, and any designers you work with, to create a consistent brand across a broad spectrum of materials.
We only work with third sector organisations so our rate is the same for all clients.
